Blended learning: It's time for Morgan Hill to embrace a more effective approach - San Jose Mercury News
Public Schools can accomplish blended learning without abdicating rights of citizen in the process. It's also time for citizens to hold the legislators accountable and stop treating schools as daycare centers. In Afro American communities the situation is dire. After years of spending billions only the predators of wealth has benefited. Afro Americans on average still rank last in educating its pupils and citizenry.
