Alert: Mobile Phone Browser Security Vulnerability, ​Google Doesn't Plan To Patch Andriod Pre-KitKat 4.3.

Users are advised to install  Firefox, Dolphin,Opera or Google Chrome browsers and to disable the Native (Built-in) Android Browser.
  1. To disable or Uninstall, Go to settings and locate Application Manager. 
  2. In Application Manger, scroll or  swipe to access the All menu which will reveal all installed applications. 
  3. Scroll down and click Internet. 
  4. Depending on the phone and version of Android operating system click Uninstall or Turn-off button. 
Some carriers does not allow users to uninstall nor disabled the default browser. The solution is to install one of the browsers listed above and set it the default Browser.
  1. If your Mobile provider doesn't allow uninstalling or disabling the default browser
  2. Click the link for installations on making the Firefox the default Browser  
  3. It's virtually the same steps for setting other browsers as default
