Nearly Half of Americans Give Their Police Department Failing Grades - The Root

The study was conducted by drugabuse.com but clearly the following and many similar incidences of cops terrorizing citizens are not drug related:

• Tamir Rice, a 12-year-old boy for playing 
• Cops killed man at Walmart "John Crawford III", then interrogated girlfriend
•  Eric Garner Chocked to death for saying yes master, beat me more
•  Jermaine McBean, shot as he walked home with an unloaded air rifle
•  Mansur Ball-Bey, shot in the back by Police
•  Lavall Hall, Mentally Ill, no rungs involved

The list goes on and on for 2015, 2014, 2013.......

The report below shows a clear correlation of sentiments between the public and police especially for  citizen in Republican controlled territories across the nation. Most are economically distressed and Republican controlled. An overwhelmingly majority of Citizens who see no hope for the future are substance abusers and the vast majority live in Republican controlled states and municipalities.
