Merryl Tengesdal Is 1st Black Woman to Pilot the U-2 Spy Plane That Captures Intelligence for US Leaders - The Root

Yes we can, Bẹẹni a le, Sí, se puede, Yes kaya namin, , 是的,我们能, 私たちにはできる, نعم نستطيع
"Lt. Col. Merryl Tengesdal... is the only African-American female pilot to man—or, rather, woman—the U-2 spy plane, a highly complex aircraft that captures that kind of valuable imagery."
"When asked if she ever feels conflicted as an African American working in our nation’s armed forces, given the checkered relationship between black Americans and the government, Tengesdal took apart the entire premise of the question, pointing out that black Americans have been fighting for their freedoms and their rights since they were brought to these shores.

More veterans likely eligible for Hazlewood Act tuition benefits, Judge Rules Enlistmet Clause Unconstitutional

Texas Veterans Commission:
"On January 26, 2015, the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas ruled that the requirement that Veterans must have entered service in Texas in order to be eligible to receive the Texas Hazlewood exemption of tuition and fees at public schools (the fixed point residency requirement) was unconstitutional. The office of the Attorney General is currently reviewing the decision and may appeal the ruling. In the interim, current Hazlewood eligibility requirements remain unchanged, except for the individual specifically named in the lawsuit.

In United States v. Curtiss-Wright Export Corp. (1936), President alone acts as a representative of the nation, Senate cannot intrude, and Congress itself is powerless to invade it

The Logan Act (1 Stat. 613, 30 January 1799, currently codified at 18 U.S.C. § 953) is a United States federal law that forbids unauthorized citizens from negotiating with foreign governments. It was passed in 1799 and last amended in 1994. Violation of the Logan Act is a felony, punishable under federal law with imprisonment of up to three years. The Act was intended to prohibit United States citizens without authority from interfering in relations between the United States and foreign governments.[1]

In United States v. Curtiss-Wright Export Corp. (1936), ... Justice Sutherland wrote in the majority opinion: "[T]he President alone has the power to speak or listen as a representative of the nation. He makes treaties with the advice and consent of the Senate; but he alone negotiates. Into the field of negotiation the Senate cannot intrude, and Congress itself is powerless to invade it." en.wikipedia.org

Cuban Official: Assata Shakur’s Extradition Is ‘Off the Table ’
With criminals and KKK members hired as Cops, elected as politicians and free to kill anyone of color void of consequences for terrorist acts. Why would anyone consider the notion these people believe in justice and freedom for anyone but themselves.

Justice Department Finds Pattern of Police Bias and Excessive Force in Ferguson

Afro, Latinos, Asians, East and West factions  it's time to unite with Actions. Without a united front this Terrorism shall continue unabated. Afro today, others tomorrow. As Malcolm stated, an open hand is not a powerful as a closed fist. Both hand and fist are inexplicably linked to the body, united as one serving a dual purpose. The fist stands in defense, while the mind and hand execute a legal offensive for lasting peace and freedom.

Complaints of Employment Discrimination involving a Group
or Class of Individuals:
Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (“Title VII”) prohibits discrimination, including harassment and retaliation, based on race, sex, color, religion, and national origin.

Under Title VII, the Attorney General has authority to bring suit against a state or local government employer where there is reason to believe that a "pattern or practice" of discrimination exists. Generally, these are factually and legally complex cases that seek to alter an employment practice, such as recruitment, hiring, assignment and promotions, which have the purpose or effect of denying employment or promotional opportunities to a class of individuals.

If you have reason to believe that a state or local government employer has unlawfully denied an employment opportunity or otherwise discriminated against a class of individuals by creating a "pattern or practice" of discrimination in violation of Title VII, you should contact the Department of Justice (DOJ). The DOJ may be contacted by calling (202) 514-3831 or (202) 514-6780 (TTY).

The Religious Land Use and Institutionalized Persons Act (RLUIPA) and the Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances Act (FACE) are exceptions to this general rule, and single incidents may be sufficient to start an investigation. Please include information on how to contact you if we need further information (such as an address, telephone number and e-mail address). Also, do not include original documents as we cannot guarantee their safe return. You can send information to:
