White Doll, Black Doll. Which one is the nice doll?

White Doll, Black Doll. Which one is the nice doll?

Question: Who teaches Afro American and other Minority Kids to think White is betters? Is it the Parents or Society for which the children are derived?

The Humans mind is malleable at birth, shaped by life experiences.  Many refuse to accept life realities, choosing to repeat ill-fated habits passed down from a life of servitude. Around the globe, many choose to follow what's perceived as Rich while forgoing the richness within and building growth mentality.

People of color across the globe are dying their skin to look White, especially in Asia, which is tantamount to the African American Kids choosing the white doll.  African American are in-cased within a European Society while Skin Whitening nations are outside European Societies are influenced through Economics. For centuries African American men symbol of growth was marriage to women of European decent and black women preferred to marry offspring's of the lighter shade. Darker man and Women was frowned  upon and heavily mocked for not being a product of Salve maters abuse of African Women in slavery. This practice continues with the prevalence of Afro American women accessorizing themselves with blond Wigs and blue eye contact lens etc...

This behavior is taught to children and the Afro American society as a whole on a subconscious level as a habit of existence.

Candidates asked to unite vs Filipino mayor likened to Trump

I've noticed in politics, as the US goes, so does the Philippines. Politics in the Philippine is more like the southern US, towards the extreme margins.

McCain on tape: Trump damages my reelection hopes - POLITICO

McCain states his biggest concern is Hispanics hatred of Trump. The mere fact McCain is a Republican who's party for years has expressed disparaging remarks towards Hispanics. One has to ask, other than the fact Trump is in your face blunt about his intent, he's no different than any of the other Southern Philosophy Republicans.

California Scraps Racist John Wayne Day

California Scraps John Wayne Day Due To His Racist Past | News One:

Those "... against the idea pulled up a 1971 interview Wayne did with Playboy, in which he made unsettling remarks about African-Americans and Native Americans. "
“I believe in white supremacy until the blacks are educated to a point of responsibility. I don’t believe in giving authority and positions of leadership and judgment to irresponsible people,” stated Wayne. During the same interview, he claimed that Indians were greedily trying to keep the American land for themselves.
“Our so-called stealing of this country from them was just a matter of survival. There were great numbers of people who needed new land, and the Indians were selfishly trying to keep it for themselves,” he stated, according to NBC.

The actor’s support of the John Birch Society and the anti-communist House Un-American Activities Committee was also scrutinized during the decision process.
Those in support argued
"Wayne is an influential part of American culture. “Opposing the John Wayne Day resolution is like opposing apple pie, fireworks, baseball, the Free Enterprise system and the Fourth of July,” said Rep. Harper. Assemblyman Travis Allen said that he “stood for those big American values that we know and we love."
Based on the supporters point, Wayne is the epitome of and a reflection of  Racism in America. The statement by Rep. Harper, Assemblyman Travis Allen and many like them, speak volumes for their party support of a racist America. Just as supporters of the confederate Flags pronounce it as a reflection of their heritage. Confederate sympathizer and supporters are enemies of the United States.

Snapchat Success, Insight for Budding Entrepreneurs

According to its cofounder and CEO Snapchat is mainly "a camera company"
Snapchat’s young founder also had advice for budding entrepreneurs about accepting capital and the nuances of working with venture capitalists. A number of the questions focused on Snapchat’s early days, including about the first financing round.
Spiegel advised to never accept if someone says terms are “standard,” and described a right of first refusal term in the Snapchat convertible note seed round of requiring access to 50% or effectively the majority of the Series A round that came the following year.
Spiegel said this kind of term can discourage possible investors who seek to own a larger stake and so may not bid at all. This and other terms were unwound over time, he said. “The big, simple takeaway is anytime you hear ‘standard terms,’ keep asking why, and why, and why, and why,” he said.

Asked about the difference between entrepreneurship in college compared to after college, Spiegel cited the need to balance but ultimately needing to make a choice to go for building a meaningful company.

“I think some point as early as sophomore year my classes started taking a hit because I was working on projects all the time, but if you’re ok with getting bad grades, then it doesn’t really matter,” Spiegel said.
