Be Careful, be very careful, you're Bank, Hospital, Pharmacy, and Schools web site could be a sham.
The Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers, aka ICANN up coming expansion of domains names will unleash a wrath of confusion on unsuspecting consumers. ICANN is a non-profit for profit whose revenue is predicated on the number of top level domains sold.
Consumer must be extra vigilant in entering web addresses and accessing unverified web sites due to cyber squatters like Donuts Inc. aka Demand Media.
Cyber Squatters like Demand Media utilize sham Web sites to entice unsuspecting consumers who type in the wrong Internet address for a company into their browsers; consumers are typically routed to a fraudulent site that looks similar to the original.

Retrain America utilizing Unemployment Insurance, A National Job Policy is Required to meet Demands for High Tech Skills
Petitions | The White House
Our petition is to require the Department of Labor to establish a National Policy for Retraining Americans through the use of Unemployment Insurance. The Department of Labor should not allow a mismatched patch work of each state developing policies which will in most cases not be in the interest of the nation.
Workers collecting unemployment should be required to attend skill improvement or retraining classes offered by employers or community colleges in their area of expertise or in cases where skills are no longer marketable, retraining would be offered.

Bloomberg reports:
"The inability to locate employees with the right abilities is holding back manufacturing, the industry that led the U.S. out of the worst recession since the 1930s, just as the economy shows signs of cooling. The number of factory jobs waiting to be filled climbed to 326,000 in March, the most since November 2007, according to data from the Labor Department."
